Responsible to pro-actively interface with all relevant Telkom departments and external customers and partners. To interface with Customers and Dealer both telephonically, via email and possibly face to face. To support customer needs and requirements, as well as the sales team and to expedite customer and dealer queries and requests. To ensure timely and accurate execution of all the sales support and administration processes and procedures and act as a single point of contact to resolve queries and respond to requests from customers, dealers and sales staff.

NQF level 6 qualification with 3 years mobile experience in either a Commercial and/or Sales Admin and/or Customer experience environment
Grade 12 (NQF level 4) with 5 years mobile experience in either a Commercial and/or Sales Admin and/or Customer experience environment
Willing to travel and work after hours.
Experience in a mobile environment is a prerequisite.
