Customer Care Administrator – Cape Town

Admin, Office & Support, Western Cape CPT – Northern Suburbs 

A position is available in Cape Town for an exceptional, highly motivated and hard-working individual. The successful candidate should have solid Customer Service Administration and some financial background, with excellent ICT skills. As the first point of contact for clients and internal customers, presentation, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Experience and Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent

• 3-5 years relevant experience within a Customer Service environment

• Tertiary qualification not essential but will be advantageous.

• Experience within a Chemical environment would be advantageous

• Strong Freight and Logistics experience would be advantageous

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Read, Write and Verbal)

• Honest, healthy and reliable

Computer Literacy

• Pastel V11 would be essential

• Intermediate knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)

• Basic Accounting Principles would be advantageous
